Prime 59
Prime 59 is a special collection of spaces that together form a one-of-a-kind experience high above the San Francisco Fog. Open lounges transition to private conference rooms that are meant to evoke the feeling of high-end dining rooms, private one-on-one conversation rooms and even a speak-easy themed bar. The lighting approach to Prime 59 reinforces the architectural mission of the project: the creation of a relaxing environment that facilitates deal-making at the highest level.
All LED lighting throughout the project is warm-dimming. The variable warmer color temperature fixtures were chosen to compliment the project’s rich wood, brass and fabric finishes. Well-integrated and concealed indirect lighting was key in creating a relaxing atmosphere. Continuous cove lighting that highlights material changes allow for the architecture itself to illuminate the space.
