This mixed-use complex was the first LEED Platinum project in Santa Barbara. A new market hall with food shops and cafes sits aside three dozen condos, all of which reside next to a landmark 1931 theater. High-end finishes and contemporary touches were designed to blend with Santa Barbara's historic Spanish-style architecture.
